We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item didn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 days of the day you received it.

Return period

You can return items that are in good condition within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The item must be unused, in its original, tidy packaging, with all labels attached.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at [email protected] and state your order number and which item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the address.
  3. Send the item back in its original, tidy packaging.
  4. Once we receive the shipment, we inspect it and refund your money.

Refunds

We refund your money within 5 business days of receiving the returned item — to the same account the payment was made from.

When returning an item that is in good condition, the buyer covers the shipping costs. In the case of a faulty or wrong item, we cover the shipping costs.

In this case, the original packaging requirement does not apply, and we cover the shipping costs. If possible, send us a photo of the defect — this will help us resolve the issue faster.
