How to choose a Santa Claus costume

First think about where and for how long you will play the part. For half an hour at home while the children unwrap presents, a simpler costume is enough. At a kindergarten or company party children look at Santa up close and sit next to him for photos, so there it pays to choose a costume with fur trim and a good beard. If your script calls him Grandfather Frost, the same red costume will do. We currently have five Santa Claus costumes for adults, priced from €32.90 to €86:

• Santa Claus costume (€32.90) - jacket with a padded belly, trousers with boot covers and a hat with beard, sizes M, L and XL. No need to stuff a pillow under the jacket.
• Classic Santa Claus costume (€42.70) - tunic jacket with white trim, trousers, black belt with buckle and a hat with pompom, sizes M/L, XL/XXL and XXXL. The beard has to be ordered separately.
• Deluxe Santa Claus costume (€54.90) - jacket, trousers and hat, with gloves and boot covers already included.
• Professional Santa Claus costume (€69.90) - long jacket with white fur trim, trousers, black belt with a decorative buckle, hat with pompom and boot covers.
• Professional costume with accessories (€86) - jacket, trousers, belt, hat and boot covers, plus a beard, glasses and a gift sack.

Last season our best sellers were the two professional costumes and the classic one at €42.70.

Santa Claus beard, sack and bell

The beard is what gives away a cheap costume most, especially in close-up photos. The professional Santa Claus beard (€24.90) comes with a wig, so your own hair will not show under the hat. The white beard with moustache and eyebrows (€8.90) works for a shorter appearance. Put the presents into the red faux velvet Santa Claus sack (€11.90, 60 x 100 cm) with white trim and pompoms on the drawstring. Announce your arrival with the 13 cm metal bell with a plastic handle (€4.50), last season's best-selling Santa accessory. White gloves (€5.99, sizes S-M-L and XL) finish the look.

Santa Claus costume for kids

We do not have Santa Claus costumes for children at the moment. The closest to a little Santa is the red gnome costume (€19.90): a red jacket with belt and a hat with beard. Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose?

You will usually wear the costume over your own clothes, so if you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one. If you plan to put a pillow under the jacket for a belly, the larger size will definitely come in handy.

How late can I order before Christmas?

We dispatch orders the same or the next working day, and a parcel to an LP parcel locker usually arrives within 1-2 working days (€2.99, free from €49). LP courier delivery to your door costs €5.95. Parcel lockers are overloaded in December and parcels can be delayed, so order at least a week before your first appearance. Full terms are on the delivery page.

Can I return the costume?

Yes, unused items in their original packaging with labels can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The procedure is described on the returns page. Try the costume on as soon as it arrives: if the size is wrong, you will still have time to return it and order another.
